Another company already looked at your equipment and handed you an estimate — and the number made you pause. Send it to us. A Fuse technician will review the other company’s estimate together with your photos and send you our own written estimate for the same scope, free of charge. If we think their scope is right, we will say so. If we see a different cause or a fairer scope, we will show you exactly where.
How it works
- Fill in the form below — your name, phone, email and the service address. In “Service details”, start with the words “Second Opinion” and describe the equipment and the problem.
- Attach files with the upload field in the form: the other company’s estimate (a file, or photos of every page), photos of the equipment, and the model/serial plate.
- We review your documents during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM) and reply within one business day with our written estimate.

What to upload
- The other company’s written estimate — all pages, readable.
- Photos of the equipment (front, the problem area, any error code on the display).
- The model and serial number plate.
- Anything else that shows the problem — a short description in the booking form helps: sounds, smells, when the problem started.

Our second opinion is a document review, not a diagnosis. It is based only on the estimate and photos you send us — we have not inspected or tested your equipment. We cannot guarantee that the other company’s diagnosis is correct, or that the work they proposed will resolve the problem. Only an on-site diagnostic can confirm the fault. Our price is an estimate for the scope described in your documents. If you book a visit with Fuse, our technician confirms the diagnosis on site before any work begins; if the fault differs from the documents, we re-quote first — you never pay for work you have not approved. The second opinion itself is free: the “Second Opinion Estimate” service is $0.00. If you later book an on-site diagnostic with us, the standard diagnostic fee applies ($69 + tax for appliances, $99 + tax for HVAC), credited in full toward an approved repair.
