This week our technicians received a call from a customer, whose heater started leaking. Sometimes it happens unexpectedly — and it was exactly the case. The customer said that before everything was perfectly fine but then they discovered a massive leak.
Our technicians performed an investigation of the heater. It turned out that there was an issue with the drip pan. There was a big hole in it — so it had to be replaced. Fuse techs have discontinued the pan and brought a new one for replacement. It is fortunate that at Fuse we have different drip pans in our workshop. That’s how our customers never have to wait for too long!
After the replacement the heater was as good as new.
